Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your Paypal account or Credit Card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at contact@actieo.com.au

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, faulty or possesses a major problem within 3 days of receiving your item, you are entitled to a refund. Below are the conditions for damaged or faulty goods:

  • Item has a problem that would have stopped buying it if had known about it
  • Item is unsafe to buy
  • Item is different than as described
  • Item doesn’t function as we claim it would

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $30 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the Paypal account or Credit Card that you use when placing your order.
$10 Processing Fee: This includes the processing of all items in the return and restocking into our warehouse.

Where will be my products shipped from?

Our warehouse is located in Darra Queensland, so some products will be delivered from this warehouse

Other products will be delivered from our PRC warehouse

Is shipping FREE?

Our all products are entitled to FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide. Quick and Free delivery to our customers is our policy.

When will I receive my product?

Depending upon the product, orders are shipped out directly from our Australian warehouse or PRC warehouse and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-3 weeks (s) for your order to arrive (varies from product to product).  Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

What will happen if my order is lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The delivery service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.

Will I be charged for customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in AUD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by the local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in Australia. For further details of charges, please contact the local customs office.

How can I track my shipping?

We will email a tracking number after the payment is confirmed, by using that number you can track your order online.
